I went into because I had an engine light on. Turns out there were 4 recalls on my vehicle. The service manager explained to me that 1 of the recalls was a safety issue and he wouldn't allow me to drive my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle and all repairs were taken care of. I drive a 2021 Nissan Rogue and I love her. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

I was greeted at the door by my knowledgeable salesman Larry who immediately put me at ease. He listened to my needs and wants then went right to work finding a truck for me. He remained in contact throughout the entire process to locate and bring my dream to fruition. Then the lovely finance manager Valerie walked me through the loan process making sure to keep me within my target payment. She clearly explained all my options and answered all my questions. They both treated me like I was a member of their family!

The people at the service department were very courteous. They took my frontier and check out the situation with it and called me within a few hours. They informed me that the front camera was out and they needed to order it and it would take a few days. They all seem to be very professional I was happy with their service. Thank you.

Great experience! Work was completed on time. Place was clean. Complementary coffee and snacks for purchase. Waiting area was clean as well. Plenty of room. Most importantly the staff was great As always. (I’ve been a Pohanka customer for more than 17 years.) Ken Burns particularly. Went over the work that was done as well as the work that needed to be done. They even sent a video to my phone of the work that needed to be done. That was a first for me. Fortunately, Ken took time because I had some things that definitely needed to be done. Will be scheduling that work with Right here the next few days. Again, a wonderful experience.

Expected that I would have to spend all day in a cramped waiting room since they no longer make appointments for maintenance services. Not true. Checked in upon arrival. Shuttle van took me to shopping for my wait time. Received status via text as service progressed. Shuttle brought me back. Everyone was friendly. Service met my needs. Price was decent. Very happy.
